Bulldog Database Entry Submitter

It only takes a few simple steps to submit your Bulldog database entry.

	Your entry must have a Sire that is already in the database. Enter the name, or partial name, of the Sire to select. Then click the "Select Sire" button.
	Your entry must have a Dam that is already in the database. Enter the name, or partial name, of the Dam to select. Then click the "Select Dam" button.
	Enter the identifying information for the dog you want to submit. The red fields are required, all the others are optional. Title Prefix (e.g., "Ch.")   Registered Name   Title Suffix (e.g., "U.D.")   Registration Number(s)   Whelp Date   Coat Color/Type, Breed/Variety  Sex   UnspecifiedMaleNeuteredFemaleSpayed Awards   URL of Photo   eMail of Owner   URL of Owner
	Select which database to use: Database "bulldog.dbw".
	Click on the "Submit Now" button below. This will send an email with your submission to the database maintainer. Depending upon your email software, you may see a dialog box indicating that your email is transferring. Some email software opens a "Compose Email" window and requires you to press a "Send" button. NOTE: Your submission will not take effect immediately. Your submission will only appear in the database if the database owner approves it after receiving your email.
